You don't need to match the textures via Nifskope anymore. Simply load the Model into 3ds Max first and attach the texture from there(Aslong as you have the latest Nif plugin).

I got a new problem again. I'm done on Part 2 and Part 3, but when I drag the .dae it's texture isn't loaded.

Here:

It's weapon, not animated.

When I load the .dae file ModelViewer crashed.

Did you attach the texture in 3ds Max itself? And did you collapse the model?
Sometimes it can help to use OpenCollada as export instead of ColladaMax if Atools crashes while trying to load a .dae file.

You need to change Texture location in NifSkope options, or just paste all texture files into folder with .nif models

Here it is when I open to 3ds Max, It show the texture, and yes, when I try to manually load up its .dae file to Atools it crashed, but when I drag onto Atools nothings happen. And I copy skin, collapse, Pivot Effect Only. Everything you said on your tutorial.

And here, when I need to look for skin there's no skin except when I put/add skin using "Modifier List".

Yeah, some games are splitting their animations, some not. In this case for nif/kf, you will need to manually split them yourself via Nifskope. Might be really annoying cause it's a lengthy process.(Still waiting for Nifskopes creator to make multiple selection possible)
Load the nif into Nifskope. Spells->Animation->Attach .KF.
Make sure that all anis are loaded:

Now take look at the Block List and make sure you are viewing Name AND Value:

Lets say we firstly want the stand animation, which means any other ani's need to be removed, so scroll down at the Block List until you can see one of the animations:

Rightclick->Block->Remove to delete the animation.
Do this with all animations except the animation you want to split, so stand animation in this case!
If you are done, simply click on File->Save as-> Keyframe (*.kf) and save it.
We just got the stand animation splitted from all other animations.
Repeat the entire thing to split the others.

There may be a few easier ways, but i didn't figure out a faster way yet, which will not mess up the nodes.

Uhm it looks like you are using bones at that weapon. Weapons shouldnt have bones, animations or skins. Also, one of the bones is the parent of the model as i can see on the screenshots.
Remove all bones, collapse the weapon again and make sure it is not skinned.

Forgot to mention: Do not change the pivot on non-animated models. This is only necessary if your models have a skin.

For weapons, its similar to the world objects but without #coll and without using cola. To match the weapon correctly, simply load any original Flyff-Weapon of this kind(lets say you are ripping a sword) into Atools. Export the sword as .dae or .obj and import it then into 3ds Max. From now you can use the sword as a template for your new model. Load the new model into 3ds Max too, so both Flyff Sword and new Sword are loaded into the same session.
Click on the new model and match it manually into the Flyff Sword
Use these tools for this:

Make sure the handle of both Swords are on the same position. Hide and unhide the models sometimes to make it easier. Should look like this when you are done:

Just save it as .dae, import into Atools and export as o3d.
For the textures: There may be some light, alpha or animated textures. Light and alpha textures can be handled via the Atools texture settings. If they are not supported, simply delete them in 3ds Max and re-import to Atools.

Well this is a kind of animated textures. Flyff is sadly not supporting them.
