The account is recovered and banned within 2 weeks of having the account. He claims that his friend also had the recovery information and didn't bother to tell me that upon purchase, when I asked for a refund, he FIRST claimed he had already spent the money and THEN claimed his friend controls his Paypal, so he'd have to get his friend to refund me. Been trying to get a refund for almost 2 weeks now, he also hasn't been responding to messages on Skype. WILL CHANGE THIS RATING IF THE REFUND HAPPENS!
