My friend informed me about their sad behaviour towards their customers.
They made a "Giveaway" where he had to comment and like a youtube video in order to win a prize.
After 3 rerolls a few days later my friend won, he opened a ticket as asked and asked for his prize.
They asked for the proof that he had liked and commented their video.
He tried to take pictures directly when asked but the video got "striked" according to their saying.
Due to that my friend couldn't show proof and their response was "Better Luck Next Time"
I found this unprofessional and childish.
A giveaway is supposed to be for fun and to give back to the community that helps torwards a Community / Business.
A giveaway should be done if you really want to give and not to to get and bait for likes and comments.
