K. U need little knowledge in Cheat Enige and u need this programm.
browse id of spell that u want remoove cooldown in

We will use Moonfire (rank 12) id is 26988
SCAN Wow.exe with Cheat Enige For value 26988 (it moonfire) in the right colume u will se numbers MARK ALL THAT AR N O T GREEN than press the RED Arrow.
After few sec's you will see number in the buttom colum mark all with = and press CHANGE VALUE there you ned to write 11 (Its a Frost Ball of aegis 100 yard range and no cooldown)
THATS ALL , ENJOY
*EDIT it isnt 100% my exploit it basedon another 1.
AND WITHOUT STUPID POST LIKE:
Wont work EVER because of server side checks IT IS GLOBAL COOLDOW LIKE GM SPELLS

1. braucsht du cheatengine und wissen wie man es bedient
2.dann such dir die spell id raus die du zu einem no cooldown machen möchtest( link obne)
3. starte wow , dann CE , dann wähl wow als prozess aus
4. such nach der ID des spells ( wie oben als Beispiel)
5. markier alle NICHT grünen werte und drück auf den roten pfeil unten links, jetzt werden alle werte in der liste unten sein
6. markier alle werte , rechtsklic erstma auf freeze all values in this list oder so, dann rechtsklick, auf change-> value , da den wert 11 eingebn und du hast no cooldown

thats not from tinket, that are spells from catser , aracne explion or something else

and the frostbolt is a gm spell and is just for no cooldown and not other things

8412 fire blast lvl4 got 54 resources, got the black ones out and froze them, changed the number 8412 to the frost spell 11, but it didnt work :\ ill try it later though.. i dont give up so soon XD

oh im on ascent 3.4 (lol and good bugs there?), it doesnt work on ascent? Leche? xd

but i cant show screens cause the server changed yesterday on 4.3

now i text it on 4.3

ok iam now on the last step but when i rightklick i dont find the button "change value" were i can find it ?

Edit: ah ok i found it u must just klick on Value in the list dont need to rigtklick^^
