How to change Vindictus' language?

How tf do you change the **** language of this game? I've been looking for a way for such a long time on google and on other forums and no methods have come up. Can someone give me a solution to this problem?

are you using nexon launcher ?
If yes, click on your account name in the launcher.
Then Launcher settings > General > Language

I don't use the Nexon Launcher as I am in Korea. Instead, I have to use the Mabinogi Heroes launcher which has no language settings.
