Fw dev is ithai and hes time is also limted. Wont recomend for people who actually wants to have their fw delivered in time. Also after the day i got refunded their fw got blocked from vgk.

The credibility of DMA Kingdom is questionable. Their moderator was openly involved in a scam scandal on their own Discord server. I bought a firmware from them, specifying exactly what I needed it for, and they recommended one to me. However, a few days after I received and flashed it, they told me that this firmware was not suitable for my intended use. Their excuse was that they misunderstood what I wanted, which is a joke since I had specified it. Recognizing their mistake, they offered me a discount on a firmware package that might be suitable for me. But by the time I replied saying that ok, the person said they needed to wait because they had to discuss with a colleague whether they could actually give me the discount. After that, I received no further response regarding the discount. Days went by and it turned out that something was wrong. After flashing, a 25% loss was detected on my DMA card (this was visible even after the flashing; despite my reports, they said it was completely normal, they had tested it and everything was fine), although it turned out that a 25% loss is not good and is considered a high value. Despite my trust in them, they failed me. Then the cheat developer suggested that I ask DMA Kingdom to reflash the DMA card. They couldn't do it, claiming that the card was bad, probably a faulty one had sent me. Despite my arguments that they had already successfully flashed it once without errors, they did not respond to this at all and could not provide any reasonable arguments for the issue. At this point, I realized that they were an incompetent team. Finally, since they couldn't resolve the problem and couldn't explain why, if as they claim, the card didn't work and was faulty, how they were able to flash it in the first place (which, if we go by their claims, shouldn't have been possible), I received no answer. It became even more suspicious when they deliberately deleted the firmware from everywhere on the computer after flashing it, ensuring that no trace of it remained. Fortunately, I did receive a refund after this incident, but immediately afterwards, they banned me from the Discord server. This was the point at which I decided that the matter demanded public attention. In light of these events, I want to warn everyone that DMA Kingdom may not be a reliable environment. Proceed with caution.

No vendor willingly lets you keep the compiled BIN file for the firmware. When a vendor manually flashes a firmware, they delete the file for security purposes to prevent bad actors from getting their hands on it. Additionally, it prevents individuals from distributing the firmware to multiple users for the price of a single license.

Yet, you think it's out of the ordinary for your card or other hardware to be defective? Your USB programming interface is not working correctly, and the flashing tools point towards a hardware issue. DMA Kingdom has successfully flashed Screamer PCIe Squirrels in the past with the exact same firmware. We informed you that the solution is to either refund the card to the vendor, purchase a fully functional card, or acquire a JTAG programmer.
To anyone taking this review seriously, DMA Kingdom will sit with you until the problem is resolved, refund if there are any problems or mistakes, and try to do right by our customers. It's a shame I have to spend the time correcting someone for whom we worked so hard.

Let's go over this once again. Where did I make any kind of threat against you? I simply stated that if my case is not resolved, I will definitely make the incident public. Let me then attach some screenshots as well, since I see you haven't posted those. Are they not even aware of their own prices? We were talking about a $150 firmware, not $175. (Anyway I got only $130 refund, but I'm fine with it but if we talking about prices then make sure.)
What security reasons are you referring to for deleting the firmware? It's more than suspicious ever since the rumor has been spreading that the firmware is being resold to other customers, even the same one to as many as five people, and DMA Kingdom is just a reseller. They buy the products at the lowest possible price and then sell them at an inflated price to people. Moreover, it makes no sense for the individual to share the firmware with anyone, as the whole point is that everyone needs their own unique firmware. Anyway, please don't refer to X3IN because he has done much more for the whole affair than you. He actually helped with a conscience, you didn't even dignify me with a response when I was waiting for an answer from you about what the problem with the DMA card is and justify it.

And don't drag the Neoware dev into this. His service stands out far more than DMA Kingdom's. Both in his expertise with DMA cards and in customer service. I actually develop fw on an individual basis, am highly vouched, and never had an issue with any client. It seems like you have issue after issue.
