No, just need get a really UD one, something near impossible these days and you need spend much $ for get it (Not worth sell for low $, Riot put Millions of $ to detect cheats that a dev alone cant make something UD against all Riot Power) or get Sued if its Really UD and Riot cant detect it (Happened a lot of times)
Better option these days is Hire a trusted DEV to make a cheat just for you, all things on EPVP is Detect with Delay Bans or will get detect on first 1 Week of Release (You will notice just after some time due delay bans)
But also take a care with Devs, its a total risky and EXPENSIVE
If someone ask less than 2k for that dont buy, have a lot of scammers and pasters that will give you shit and detect things, its totally risky because even with Middlemans you keep with Risky of Delay Bans Software

DMA is just question of time to Bans, you hardly will get automatic bans, but you will always get manual bans
Same with Arduino but these days Arduino/Raspberry are even more detect and you get bans on low IMT

Detections are things that happen on cheats, its normal
To stop scammers selling ALWAYS detect things they need use and moderators dont do it
Fact EPVP need a new role, something like "Voucher" they get free cheat from Providers and the thread can get a "Verified" from these guys, so you know you are not buying a totally bullshit

Just DMA that use 2 computers are really decent, and that make cust a lot of more $ since you need have a good computer for decent speeds
Also DMA Cheats are not really good and are getting FULLY TARGET by Riot
Soon or Later they will get a way to fully detect DMA like Faceit do, they have Billions to invest on that and its already detect on Manual Checks
So this make the Investment not worth on long term

Levels of Detection
1- Fully Detect - ban on some Matchs (Usually Public Code and Injectors or Detect Features like serverside or detect write memory methods)
2- Delay Bans - Detect but take time for you get ban to make harder for a dev that they consider as Risky make something UD
3- "Ban Waves - They have a detect cheat but dont automatic ban it, they have a panel and can even see all Cheat Users Account but just ban hitting a button on Panel
4- "Manual Bans" - Something are flagged, not really detect but its FLAGGED can be used for other things, so they click a button that do
EXTRA protection methods like Statics(Aiming on X Time, X Position of Head etc, Memory Dump and Check Strings like Aimbot etc
Scan Driver Files for Sigscans blacklisted, detect a default program loadup before Valorant, AI Screenshoot ESP Detection or some other shits like that
5-"Hand Ban" - If you have a really UD cheat that bypass all other bans i listed before, but you are a SUS player they check your replays
If they really think you are a Cheater they really manual check your memory dump, the programs you load and you have on computer, screenshoots, compare your DUMP with other peoples they think use same shit to find something
The true its really hard to get something really UD on valorant that you will stay on TOP 10 RAD for months, if you dont have a bunch of $ to put on it
Buy something that is enought for you have FUN and use spoofers, some cheats you can get Radiant and even make $ selling accounts (LVL 3-5 detection cheats dont get banned on accounts later, just get a red flag and anything will happen if the customer dont use spoofers or cheats)
