I was a customer multiple times in the past and now again, since beginning of September.

In the past, before it went private, Formenos always was honest if there were any problems or issues about HW Valteria. He always warned his customers to prevent that they get banned, takes there feedback and looks into it pretty fast and this didn't change at all.

And that's the same I noticed since I'm using it again, security is top notch, I don't see the point why he should be lying?

Anyway, 11/10 HW Valteria, wouldn't switch, just loving everything about it, be it the other customers that are very friendly and helpful, Formenos and his team or HW itself.
