- Level 30.
- Must have at least 80% of the champs.
- Must have at least 2-3 pages of runes (Tier 3)
- Elo or W/L ratio doesn't matter, as long as it's not overly negative (ex. 200 elo or 1:5 W/L ratio)
- Additional skins are welcome. (the more the merrier: accounts with 1-2 skins will be considered but after some searching)
Additional details:
- Can trade a lvl 22 account on the US server.
