dedicated residential vpn

does anyone know any service that provides this? i cannot find any. i cant use data center because of a vpn block and i dont want to be recycling ips and using ****** public ones that any1 can use because i intend to play long term. so far ive tried dedicated ghost vpn and torguard and neither worked.

If you refuse to use public IPs, you will naturally have to pay.
The specific service giver you'll have to find yourself, but the term you should look for is premium / private proxy.
Your best bet are premium proxies with SSL.

If you're up for some reliable free sources, I'd suggest SoftetherVPN - it is public but the IPs stay static for very long periods of time, I personally used to use it for online games as well, but most importantly - it's open source!
