[Rejected] Less requirements on modship and add more to the team

It seems to be that the past week or so the moderators on here have all been afk. And even when they aren't afk they can take up to two weeks to delete a post or respond to a complaint thread, so if you added a lot more users to the staff team, it'd help the site run smoother. Also the moderator application form has a lot of requirements, that is making this harder.

Hello Aimkit,

thank you for your suggestion. We have discussed your idea, and we will not consider lowering our requirements. These requirements were put in place for a reason and I could not find a single report that was open nearly as long as you described it.
