"Premium Gold Time" item icon

Hi, I see there are many servers that have many types of "Premium Gold Time" item icons, but when I look in my game files I only find these 2 icons:




Some other commonly seen icons such as the red circled icon below are also missing:



Do you have this icon file and others similar to it that you can share with me? If available in DDS/DDJ as well as JPG/PNG format that would be great.
