Can you check the 7th beta change log?, it's had been already posted at EPVP, everything you mentioned had been fixed already, don't try to flame like a 10 years old kid, you're not finding any convincing reasons, therefore you're just copying yourself over and over again with stuff that had been already fixed, if you don't like it then just leave the thread you psychopath.

Just make an exception for the folder from your anti-virus/windows defender and re-extract the dll, it'll work just fine.
