The server is online.

The problem has been located and it should be fixed. We are terribly sorry for the problems we had these last days. It feels really bad putting our community through this. We have put a huge effort into Pearl and we really imagine it with a great future.

All rondos have been removed. We will be preparing an update for tomorrow, adding a new way for destroying items to get essence. We will also bring elements on Gold Miner for gold. Some other changes may also be applied.

We are very optimistic that it is fixed. If everything goes well donations will be enabled for the first time tomorrow after the update. Honor buffs are also re-enabled.

this "pearl" server is a complete failure, crashes random dc's, it opened friday and today it's tuesday and it was more off than online lol, they keep saying that they "located the problem and should fix it now" but they didn't fix **** lol. Total amateurs, don't waste your time on this pearl offline server.

Well.. grand opening was a big fail, we all know that.

But your community management is even worse. I get some exploits are hard to fix, but cmon... sv is open / down / open / down... we wait HOURS for notices on discord and all you have to say is " sv is open soon" or no infos at all. And when the server is on, you dont even say if the problem is solved, in what stage u are, if u are close to fix or no... well, we ask but we get no answers. Now you turn the server online, but with no rondos, so all that new (and cool) system is disabled. We have our chars with storage / inventorys full, we cant sell items to npc cuz is 1 gold, we cant destroy them, so we have no stones, we have no gold... well, we cant do nothing, just hit 80 and wait. So for what server is online? Why u dont do a decent grand opening another time?

Supporters is even more funny. Idk for what u get so many supporters, all i can see is pink globals in game, spanish language, turk language... lol

If you ask a supporter about the sv stage, about a possible fix, they know nothing, they got no info at all. Well, atleast they can send globals for free.

For me was a big dissapointment, even more cuz you got some known names on ur team and i expected atleast a better communication. Im not even talk about server problems, but atleast a good communication with your players. Im not calling you scammers, i appreciate the fact that donations are off, and i want you to succeed but with things like this, i dont think so.

Probably im too unaccustomed, because the other server i played is by far the best server ever, even if is pay2win or not, you cant find such professional team. you (all) should learn from them before open a server.

Sadly, i want a server with no euros and i thought you guys would be the solution.

You still got some credit, honestly with so many mistakes you still got 1k chars online when server is stable, i dont know how, with such a toxic community . So, u should rethink the form of your management. Players dont donate yet, but this your costomers!

Hope you can fix everything, because a cap 80 with no euros and your system looks fantastic (if u can make it work)

And hope u dont get my criticisms in the bad sense.

Guess i'm out. The concept was good but with the every day constant server crashes I think maybe you should just pull the plug after the many many many attempts to fix it.
