Introduction:
Agora is an old school server that will bring old nostalgic memories to the present. As we know that the old Silkroad was ruined because of servers with too many SOXs and Box System which is no longer available in Agora, here we do have normal drop system for SOX without spending days of endless grinding, no more weeks and months jobbing to get your SOX. Also, there will be no box system all SOXs are droppable and our SOX are going to be old school SOS, SOM and SOSun. So Agora is just right for you!
Purpose:
The purpose of opening Agora is to bring back the amazing old school Silkroad and get rid of overedited servers which only care about money instead of making a great experience for everyone.
Why would you choose Agora to be the server you want to join?
- Agora is strictly played to win server, you can get many free silks from the in-game activities.
- Agora is a real old school system and literally, everyone is well known with this kind of server and enjoys it.
- Agora is Cap 80 [EU-CH] server which is VERY RARE to find nowadays.
BETA PHASE: BETA is going to be June 20th.
The main purpose of the beta is to test the server and making sure server is running smooth for the grand opening. So we are gladly inviting everyone to join our beta and test everything with us. We'd be more than happy of course, anyone who will find a bug will be rewarded!
Grand Opening:
Agora's grand opening is going to be June 23th. We will be glad to see all of you there!
First 300 Player:
We all know power leveling is a huge part of Silkroad and we all enjoy this part so we would like to make some competition in this part and reward the first 300 players that reach level 80 first.
Rewards:
1~100 will receive 300 Silk
101~200 will receive 200 Silk
201~300 will receive 100 Silk
Race:
Agora is going to have both Chinese/European Races in the server as there was no D8 Eu/ch for a long time.
Cap: Agora is going to be CAP-80 server as it referrers to the old school Silkroad for those old school server lovers!
Degree: Agora is going to be Degree 8(D8) as it is suitable with Cap 80
Main town: The main town in Agora is Donwhang as it's very well known in the old school Silkroad.
Skill balance:
There will be no changes in the skills balance because Joymax is the developer and they know what they are doing pretty well with balancing them.
Agora Starter Items:
There will be starter items once you create your character so that it will help you on your journey and make it much easier to start on Agora!
Silk Per Hour:
The server will grant you Silk per hour based on your actual activity so every 1 hour that you're online in the server you will receive 2 silks per hour, 48 silks per day
Guild & Union Limit:
Guild limit is going to be 24. Union 2. So it can be suitable to the server population and guild wars.
CTF & Arena
Both events are going to be in Agora to bring back the old fun from the old school. There will be great rewards
Avatars:
There will be a variety of avatars in Agora so you will enjoy with your beloved avatar.
Silk Scrolls:
There will be (NO) Silk Scrolls anymore in Agora! Yes! Agora is pure old school server.
HWID System:
HWID System is made to keep the server fair and to prevent people from opening so many characters and botting.
-PC limit 4 accounts
-IP limit 10 accounts
-Job limit 1 account
-CTF limit 1 account
-BA limit 1 account
SOX System:
SOX System in Agora is simple as it was in Silkroad Online.
- There will be 3 kind of SOX which is
SOS, SOM and SOSun. all the 3 kinds of SOX are droppable
Uniques:
Agora will have only the old school uniques, they are well known and each unique will give you Silk(s) depending on the unique level. More info listed you can read below!

Survival Arena:
Survival Arena is a very well known event which everyone will join on a specific area and kill each other. You have to be on "top 3 players" to win the event. It is based on kills so the more you kill the higher you will be.
Rewards:
-Each kill grants you 1 silk-
Rank 1(1st) will receive 500silk
Rank 2(2nd) will receive 300silk
Rank 3(3rd) will receive 100 silk
Anti-cheat: You can't kill more than 3 people in the same event.
Agora Jobbing:
The job will be also old school from town to town, gold is going to be important in-game. You will be able to buy various things in-game and also we will increase prices at the NPC to increase the value of the gold.
Job kills:Every kill in the job will grant you 1 silk
anti-cheat:You can't kill the same person more than twice a day.
Job Temple:
Job temple is going to be in Agora. We will nerf all the monsters/uniques inside the temple so it can be suitable for D8. There will be high chance of dropping SOX from mobs and uniques and that will be the fun and competition in Agora!
Auto Equipment:
There will be auto equipment in-game from D1 to D7 to make improve everyone's gameplay experience and not wasting your gold.
Permanent Buffs:
Agora will also have Permanent buffs to make buffing easier so you don't waste your time on buffing after death.
Wanted System;
Wanted System is also well known nowadays as when you kill 10 players in a row without dying. While in your job-suit it will grant you special buffs and it depends on your level.
10 kills means wanted level 1 20 kills means wanted level 2 30 kills means wanted level 3 40 kills means wanted level 4 50 kills means wanted level 5
