Something being said, Electus has by far the best management in the whole sro scene out there. Be it the stability, the way they handle cases of hacks, scams, client issues etc is just outstanding. Obviously if you start over now you won't get all the items for free but the weekly updates do favor beginners heavily and help you to get geared quickly.
Is it worth to start playing Electus at this point?
If you commit time and find yourself a helpful chill guild you can participate in most events pretty much right away. With that being said I, for myself, would rather start playing Electus even tho its 3 months old than starting on those garbo trash servers releasing at the moment. I dont have to mention any names but its becoming a meme already Most current servers out there cant even provide an uptime of 3 hours straight without crashing or lagging to death not to mention all the bugs which are not a thing in Electus
Ah i remember the no down time launch of electus, did so much better than anyone else . Electus is the only place to call home if you're a SRO player! come join! we dont have cookies but we have lots of Nova. You could gear yourself with two days trading! and a little hunting in stalls.
i really dont like the concept of electus. Electus points, boxes and 1000 other edits i cant enjoy. even tho i will not play electus again, i have to admit its the most professional server out there. i really wish he would start a clean, almost zero edit server and cut off the pay2win part.
i never play this **** electus server again, all big guild players selling silk for real money and electus admins protect them cuz if they left server = server gg fvking scared admins.

1. SPECIAL DONATION EVENT

We are celebrating the Legendary Update with SPECIAL DONATION EVENT.
Players will receive +50% BONUS SILK for donations starting from the update time - until Sunday 23:59
This event is legendary update special and the bonus will NOT be +50% in the next weeks but lower. This is one time offer.

1. Increased Global Electus Point Limit by +800 (9200 > 10,000)
End-Game items (EGY B) are obtained with Electus Points and not tradeable.
All EGY B Items (Weapon, Acc, Gear) are now available at EGY B NPC.
2. Honor Buff reset
Honor Ranking list has been reset and the honor buffs are removed from the players. Now, it's the best time to farm honor points and get into the honor ranking :-)
Next honor ranking reset is in 2 weeks.

5. New Players (Boost)
- Godsend Skills now require 30M Skill Points instead of 60M. This change should help the newcomers catch up & challenge the old players a little bit.
(When Skill / Character Reset scrolls are used, 30M SP will be restored on the accounts now (instead of 60M)
- When a new character is created, the character will be given Lv. 2 Starter Badge that grants various buffs.
- Auto Equipment is now going to cover up until 11 degree (101 Lv) along with +5 Full Blue and 41-61% stat features.
- XP Rate has been increased by 100%.
- End game weapons (EGY B) now require 5% less Electus Points than before. Within 1 or 2 weeks, we will replace EGY B Weapons with Legendary EGY B Weapons in EGY B NPC (Weapons only). This way, the new players who are 3 months behind the old players that have full som weapon,acc,gear can at least have a decent weapon in several weeks and get a chance to compete. For the gears & accessories, there will not be such upgrade in the NPC, weapon will be an exception.
6. Fortress War
- Jangan Fortress is available (Reward: 60 B Gold)
The war will start on Sunday at 20.30 and end at 21.30
7. Curst Heart Quest
This quest has been disabled for now as it's abuseable with the Legendary Skills. You can use skill edit potions until we re-enable this quest.
8. Title Issue
'Braindead' title color has been changed. Available in Title NPC in Donwhang.
9. Grand Electus Equipment & Accessory Switchers
As Grand Electus Gear & Accessories are available now, we give you guys the opportunity to swap those items from CH to EU and vice versa. The scrolls are available in Item Mall.
Accessories can be swapped from EU to CH and vice versa freely.
Gears can only be swapped in between;
Armor <> Heavy Armor
Protector <> Light Armor
Garment <> Robe
10. Max Plus
Maximum available plus has been raised from 12 to 13.
WHAT'S NEW?
Holy Water Temple
- Enter Holy Water Temple with your squad, complete the quests for special rewards and collect the drops from the uniques.
- Complete Holy Water Temple Quests to earn EP & SP Scrolls, Elixir Weapon & Protector. Quest NPC is available in Donwhang, near the storage NPC.
- You can now upgrade your end game content (EGY B or Grand Electus) to Legendary one.
- Purchase a Legendary Upgrader scroll from Electus NPC in Donwhang. Place your EGY B/GE item in page 1 slot 1 and use the legendary upgrader scroll on it.
- Once the scroll is used, your EGY B / GE item will be upgraded to Legendary one and it's stats will be increased by +2.
- Your items stats, plus, blues, model, glow switcher and everything will remain as it is. For weapons, it's an exception that the glow will be changed to Legendary one. You can visit Electus Showroom (Teleport from Donwhang) to find out more about the Legendary Weapon glows. Legendary Weapons do have alternative (Marvelous & Superior) glow changer scrolls as well (Check Item Mall).
Note: Legendary Upgrade has 3 legs. First leg is this week, Legendary Upgrader for EGY B / GE Weapons are unlocked. Next week, Legendary Upgrader for the gears will be unlocked. Accessories the following week. You can use !sox command on Discord to find out the differences between Nova, SOA, EGY A-B, Grand Electus and Legendary EGY B, Legendary Grand Electus.
Legendary Skills
Legendary Update brings the powerful legendary skills!
- Legendary Skills are so powerful that you might one hit your enemy with those, maybe not. Most likely yes you can. So yes, these are real powerful skills.
- You can not spam these skills because they have very high cooldown and on each level up, the cooldown is reduced.
- These skills are not easily learned. They require 120M Skill Points per level and each skill has 3 Levels.
- Once Character / Skill reset scrolls or Race Switcher Scroll is used, you will receive 120M Skill Points back for each Legendary Skill level learned.
- Skill edit potions can not be used on Legendary Skills (Anti-Bug Abuse)
