fact is, heuksal is simply op in 70 cap
in 80 cap nearly every build is good, thats the only difference.
nonetheless its gonna be a great server

I like the idea to start at lv 70 but I hope Inzider will consider maybe upping to cap 80 after some times (i'm not asking right now but maybe in 4 to 5 months ? )

True, but it also requires plenty of work, he would have to edit out every single 60-70 monster and replace it with 70-80 (in cave, takla & samarkand), while I agree that 80 is surely the best one, let's just keep it at this and be grateful!

lol changing the mobs is not a huge effort.
Dw cave stays as it is now, its only takla and sama.
And for takla you can use the original files.
But idc, i like both caps

And what about drop rates? Item drop rates, stone drop rates, adding event items to the mobs, adding new skills to the database?

Just start with cap 80. ,
Cap 70 has no balance whatsoever. Cap 70 and long term server can't be placed in the same sentence. It's really easy to edit samarkand or even roc mountain with mobs that can drop last tier 8dg items. that's the only thing the GM has to do. People that are pleased with cap 70 have no idea what cap 80 has to offer in terms of balance.

Im no pro about sro files, but i cant imagine its that complicated. The human is a lazy being so I think its not required to set it for every single mob.
And like you said, it's only about adding things which already exist in the files.

I don’t know much about files either but I’m sure it’s not as easy as turning a switch ‘on’ for 80 cap. But yeah I agree, can’t be THAT much work.

you can do all of that in 1 query
idk about client edit for maps but i believe they will have to replace a few files to add others towns back
yes it's not complicated.

80 Cap would have much more possibilites as people said.
More builds, more skills, more uniques.
Everything goes better for 80 cap, and as good as everyone knows 80 cap was the best one.
And there will probably be more players aswell and activities as more builds will have a chance in trading/hunting and pvp in general.
In any case, I'm in with 2 of my friends.
