Since you removed fences, and all the other euro nerfs, will you be increasing PQ limit from (2) to (3). Its a happy middle considering you could buff 4 people as a warrior.

P.S Im gathering old school Venus, kSro, Salvation, Fable players, so far its 8 of us, to start on this server.

It's almost as if someone hacked my computer and had a look in the docs/SRO folder.

However, it's a shame that back in 2016 the finalized version of the ch/eu 100 cap balance list with all the values and updates didn't exist. Would be cool to see a diverse server for once where majority of the builds aren't disregarded because they fall too far behind in various situations.
