2.Chin max mastery 330 no dmg increase

but can u make balance because it will be euro only sever and also did you increase monster spawn x2 or x3 all over the map?

and why Increase dmg by chin ?? chin dont have cooldown by potion and eu have cd by potion

what about lvl1-99mobs monster spawn increased to x2? and euro and chinese damage difference is like 15-20k w/o balance

1-99 is normal spawn rates

euro have all times more dmg as chin that normal that why eu have cs by potion

well can u increase it to x2 because normal spawn rate = 1-3mob per 35-60 range which is bad
