Non turkish players can donate but you pay 50€ for 1700 silk while turks get 3250 silks for 25€=100 TL.
I pmed admin about this, here is his answer:

hello. we did these prices because of Turkish players economy. I mean 1€=3,9Turkish Lira we wanted to do money balance for both of players

So if you want to donate, use googletranslate, charge TL on your account and use web item mall.
I'm out, don't like server's rates and system. Not even pick pet or 2nd inventory page, I like cap 80 but this feels like sro beta.
