Ye I hope one time GM's will have ***** and just make pop-up window when you first login to the game to accept rules, and there in rules it will be "Global only in english, other languages are banned"

And whoever wanna play need to accept this, and finally if somebody spam **** language in global chat they will be banned, no exceptions (f.e. that brother logged on account or sth that could convince Eagle's GMs)
But sadly nobody has ***** to ban those spammers because turks will cry about racism etc. :/
