The blocking rate on the 10 degree shield is bugged. Its too low, 6 blocking rate at 0%,its smaller than the 9 degree one.
Phy /Mag reinforce on the moon bow its also bugged. Its identical as the 98 clean bow 0%. It should be higher.
The switcher scroll does not work on SOL.

Shield is indeed fked up, will be fixed.
Reinforce is not bugged, its not increased for sox weapons.
Its written on the weapon that Haley items cant be changed !
