why client doesnt open ? on home-page says 560/1000 on and when i open the launcher says the game is under inspection like the server off

Hey guys dont donate this server really! These guys wanna get money from you but they never will give you the chance to make some money. Its not fair to all players and i think they do not deserve to get donates on this way! P.S. other servers give that chance to their players - that means respect!!
