in my opinion, its quite nice, he finally removed the coin system for Egy parts, like for acc's, on every server u were not even able to get all these arena coins. He found a new and i like it very much

Whats the point on opening one more oldschool server? Oldschool players have so many choices already. Hyrieus is a choice for players that want to experience new stuff.

Where does it say it's the opening day today?
Balance changes are great. China can finally compete with euro chars.
Wizzard are only good at killing uniques, nothing else. They never were good at pvp and never will, if that's what you mean.
