So sadly i woke up on a bad news which the server is offline, i contacted the data center customer support and they said one of our upstream gateways is down and they are checking what else happened, we will keep you up to date and we are sorry for any convince we made.

I have the same problem. Mega says: Entschlüsslungscode eingeben... um auf diesen Link zuzugreifen, benötigen sie einen Schlüssel. Sie können diesen Schlüssel beim Link-Eigentümer erfragen.

Most likely, you're just taken to the mega.co.nz frontpage. This is an error on Elitepvpers that has existed for a long long time. When you get to the "Link protection" window (after clicking the download link here in this thread), simply look at your URL bar instead of clicking "I've read and understand the warning!".

When on the "Link protection" page, if you look at your URL-bar, all you have to do is delete the part leading up to the "https://mega......". And then you'll have the full download link with the key included
