To begin,

There will no longer be constant unique events. And soon, the events which were created will soon be implemented.

Two, global prices are going to be increased, and a spam prevention with globals may be added.

Third, yes, 5 silk per/h is going to be ONLY today, and tomorrow it will be reduced. Today, you will be able to make a maximum of 35 silk.

Fourth, I am going to suggest making a quest chain for endgame content. This will include 25 quests, ranging from "Beginning of the Road" giving basic instructions and basic rewards, to the final quest, "End of the Road" giving very-hard instructions and things to follow, and rare rewards.

Like i said , players are allready as active as they can get, because of uniques rewarding silk and silver coins and job rewarding gold coins. Your suggestion has no base since this server is allready pretty active and you gotta leave some stuff to "offline" content.
