How after Create new char and use scroll get teleport me to downhang or Jangan own Town ?

You can change "AppointedTeleport" on _AddNewChar stored procedure located in SRO_VT_SHARD.
2094 = Jangan.

already changed it but mistacks is when new play create new char and use scroll get in alex

I think you mean while creating a new character, you change that at:

SRO_VT_SHARD >> Stored Procedures >> _AddNewChar

Bro after Create new character and spawn in jangan then use scroll .. is spawn me in alexandera ........

not sure about the solution.... but thats why ppl shouldn't use any already broken-edited databases. its a mess out there...
