any way, in pic that means your sro_client is damaged download it again if you are using Avast anti virus disable it for 10min and start the game
next time in

Go to the official Class Online forum.
Then download the 1.193 client and extract it. You are using 1.190 which is very old in Class Online, you need the newest one.
Anyway In monday we will apply the 1.200 patch, you have the new client in forum aswell.

as soon as someone writes "i'm a girl" people actually help instead of trolling/flaming/spamming.
