I have this problem when I try to access my server .. open and all good .. but the client comes out this error is not because who knows why that happens

if my memory severs me right u can't run the game on the same system the sever is being run on. try using a vmware

It means that you can not run the game from the same machine in which you are hosting it, so all you need to do (according to that explanation) is to install a VM (Virtual Machine) and run the game from it

but I've seen that have run on the same server ... I provide you in another PC? or should I do?

I don't really seem to get what you are asking...

What that explanation says is simply that the system won't let you run the game (get on game) from the same machine in which you are hosting the server, so if you try to play it from that same machine you won't be able to, it would be needed to play it from a VM (Virtual Machine) or another computer
