I am new to silkroad programming and I want to know how to program a filter I have programming languages like c#,c++,sql I want to know how to start after that and must I learn networking and if so what course of networking should I learn

I don't recommend duck soup, it's a good filter optimization and unstable version for when you start. You can make your own filter as you progress.
