I am getting the same problem. It is possible to both visit the website and install the game through use of a proxy however i have been trying for two days get rid of the inspection message.

mozilla, IE all of them dont work, and if you use proxy you cant login etc,

I experienced the same thing once. I tried by many way to get to the site by other way than typing the address and it worked one day. After that I had no more problems. It may seem stupid but that worked lol.

Check you blocked sites. If silkroads site isn't on there then check your allowed sites. I don't know if IE does this, but for firefox just go to
Tools > Options > Security > Exceptions
and add silkroads site to that.
