Should I make this build with a char who has minimum 1kk sp and maximum 1,3kk SP? (I'm still farming)

What are the ups or the downs from such a build?

Cold Bich Light Is a pure intelligence build don't ever make it hybrid .

If you gonna go 1:9
you can choose a (fire, bicheon >> cold 60 light 40) in protector set or garment w.e u like.

also for a pure, you can go this build but you gotta go armor because u don't have that much cold.
