[S] media.pk2 like Synx's...just up to date

hey guys,

I am searching for a media.pk2 edit with features like Synx's edit once had.

Synx's edit isn't up to date anymore.
I hope somebody can give me a hint or something how to get a good edit.

I liked the adv. elixir feature for the consignment.
would be awesome if someone could help me
