Lapisia Perfect has broken

I'm not very good with English, I would like to know if there is any SQL code to increase the enchant of the item with lapisia [9] to [20], for some reason my perfect lapisias are breaking and I don't know how to configure it to be 100%

You can config the lapisia enchant rate on the server side: C:\ShaiyaServer\PSM_Client\Bin\Data\ItemEnchant
