[REQUEST]Shaiya chat, outside the server

Hi Shaiya devs,

is there a possibility to enter in shaiya chat, but outside the server, without start the game ?
For example we can enter in each IRC server via telnet with serverort.
Is there a chance to do this with Shaiya ?
