There is 1 person who decide how to act, and it's the ADMIN. It's his responability to decide what is better for server. He decide if it's needed a ban or if a player can understand without. It's the ADMIN who decide if it's time to do MMs for increase goddess ingame or who it's better FC for keep situation balanced.

If you don't like ADMIN way to deal with situations feel free to play somewhere else or do your own server with your own rules and ways to act.

I don't have voice at all about player side, I answer here what the ADMIN tells me, as you saw i didn't asnwer you before because for me there is no discussion about. I please you to don't continue any drama.

If you are not in a position on the farm, do not attack the servers
Please note the criticism of those who love easy and
those who do not know the game fully.
you can criticize but you can not find the problem in the admin

the player is shape according to the server.

beetols ... it is better to understand criticism and appreciate , work on it if it is constructive - be it positive or negative. If you cant hear the downside of your server and mark them as drama or excuse that you are just a mere developer who acts on ADMs command ( r u a puppet ? ). If you are a not a player and dont know what is happening then why advertising blindly what ever ADM says? what is the value of your words then
Let your ADM come here and explain things or make a forum maybe!

Please frame your sentences correctly. half your statement do not make sense. And you are very wrong - Server shapes according to player base and their suggestion and not vice versa. All the server including this one claims - "updates are based on player suggestion ..." . You should read those before telling others.
Server is good, Farm is not an issue but definitely ADM is biased towards his friend circle , no deny of that. Do you know( maybe seen in many places) why there is a section called GS application ? so other also could see and know who are the GS and if they are eligible to be so. This server opened with 5-6 GSs both side - admins friends, naturally. And now also Friend of friends are becoming new GS. This is one of some example.

If you know you are doing it right, be open , be transparent. Here that is lacking I would like to see it prosper too, but admin/staff also needs to be considerate towards everyone and not only to their friend group. Good Day

I just read all posts on this thread and didn't find one constructive post (positive or negative).

This is Shaiya Community problem: if a server is well planned, Staff is loyal and doesn't abuse his powers, have pvp and everything works just well, need to invent something for create problems.

Admin didn't give tag to people because are friends, he gave tag to those he knew where good to be GM or GS.

I already wrote here: if you want contact admin feel free to send a ticket, he will answer you asap. In any case there are always staff members online in game for answer.

There is nothing to hide, server is what you see. It's hard to understand that we are doing this for fun?! that we have no bad intentions?! that we are just trying to make a good server as old times?!
Why we must prove to be "innocent" when we did nothing wrong?!

From begin on epvp everyone accused us to be thieves that want to grab money and after close, but players started to try server and liked it and now there are many players in all Time-Zones. Luckly most didn't listen or read those bad-ass people that just want to spam trash and ruin someone else work.

If you want see it prosper than you must have faith in the admin and in what he does.. Good Day

Don't misunderstand me If you dont see any then I wont bother anymore.. I tried to bring some thought (both my earlier post and last one) Not a random hater ( How you see others) - then would have thrown some stupid one-liners like "this is sht.." " money grab" etc.. nah .. stated what ever I felt ...clearly. Any ways ..
Do you know any English speaking guild on AoL which is not run by your trusted GS's ?

I will again say - as a dev you are one of the best, indeed very good work done. What ever Pservers I tried so far, this is currently best.No denying on that, none even come close. It is well scripted , well thought on drops and so on.. Would like to see more people join and play.

Episod 4.5 with special lapises, ele2, lapises helmet lv2 and only 15k HP on Warrior.
PvP is UNPLAYABLE for now. When u hitting 4k+ DMG and you get the same amount. Warriors and Archers can kills others players on one skill. xD
If not for this HP server would be very good.
I dont recommend this server for now if Admin will not add ~10k HP.

All true. I was playing on this server for a while before an incident with ks and harassment. Me and my sister was killing a boss. Boss was at 30% when GM friends came and tried to reset the boss without asking to join us. They was not able to do it because we was stronger. Then they started to call us name and told us "Now you'll see what will happened". After few minutes server was restarted...I wrote a ticket. Of course no one was banned. Keep in mind that I was a donator on this server. But it seems that friendship is stronger than anything else. Don't waste your time, money and nerves.

You MUST call join on trade chat, and you didnt, so this story start with you that doesnt respect a rule and others that are not "staff friends" that see you as rule-breaker who try to farm alone from boss.

Admin answered to your ticket explaing you the situation, inviting you to call join on trade next time for avoid discussion.

Server restart have nothing to do with it, infact the bosses are deleted from staff when they died from a short time so cannot be that they did restart for allow those "invented friends" to do kimu again.

The argument that you are "donator on this server" what does it mean??? We must listen to you and ignore your breaking of rules because you donated? All players are treated in same way here. If you was expecting to be treated better because you are donator, I'm sorry to disappoint you, this is an honest server. And i repeat, those players are not friends of admin or staff at all, since this is the first server where they play together.. so you need another excuse.
