He also needs to buy a new TPM chip, if he wants to be safe.
There are TPM bypasses, but they get patched after 4 weeks at max.
New chip is the best permanent solution.

Definitely not. The really dedicated scripters, like myself, moved to invite-only and secure platforms, such as PSVG.
The casual scripters use stuff like LS, which is cheaper, but also less secure....
