May I ask what those requirements are? Because I have .net 4.5 and visual studio c++ 2015 and that seems to be all that I need from what I've heard.

go sure that the bubble youre using is a ap file and not a textdocument
go also sure that the bubble youre using is saved in S4League//FapperDev

you have to put it in S4League//FapperDev folder
