I bought a Rust account with 600 game hours from him on February 25. The account arrived and I could not log in, because someone had already changed the email address on 03 February. All well and good, I opened a ticket in Discord and one of his "employees" told me I would get a Replace. To get this Replace it took almost 24 hours. The replace didn't work either and I was told they have a problem with their email server and I waited until the 11th of March until I got a message that I can get a refund. Since then his "employee" writes a message to ping him, but I'm waiting now since the 25th of February for an account where I can log in or for a refund. You can talk of luck that I paid via Sofortüberweisung, otherwise a conflict would have been opened on PayPal long ago. I give you until April 11, 2023 at 10am CEST, if I do not receive a refund by then I feel compelled to file a police report.

Just to let you guys know, he banned me from his Discord without saying anything. Is it not funny to not deliver for what i paid and then ghost me. For ~25€
