It stopped working few hours after release and just won't work again.
Support refuses to tell people what's up, using delay tactics.
The program was working very good for the first 2-3 hours after release but since then, it's not working and all the support can do is 'wait for the dev'.
Well then.
I will edit this when/if it works.

We warned user that a server was down due to technical errors, we where sorry it happen and we compensated all subs the delay tactics where due to repetitive asking of when is it coming back it was the server provider giving horrible answer and the server was just swapped to aa new provider.
create a ticket I will give you a free day for the issues so sorry.
