Is the Provider TopFrag.io legit and safe ?

currently legit ? there the store runs via a third party provider (rocketr) and the communication via Telegram, there is no forum and no visible login.

Topfrag is a old provider and i heard both good and bad things about them.
Make sure you are buying from the real one.

better make sure the third-party provider u mentioned is an official reseller(Lust etc.)
There is no discord server/login until you become a customer

im pretty sure they are but when i asked about buying it they said i needed a face or id verification

Why do we need to provide our id or face to buy? Just curious, and what happens with them once we send, are they saved somewhere + how old do you need to be
