Game builds are fixed quickly but game updates can take up to a week or longer. As far as respect I guess that only applies to members to be respectful and not staff.

Agreed. Homer is very disrespectful and toxic. When you try to get things fixed they'll do whatever he can to close the ticket fast, one of my friends had issues with his angled aim flicking in the opposite direction and despite looking at the video, staff said "it works perfectly fine"

I wouldn't be surprised if they're the same person but I just hope they fixed their shit. Wallbangable does not even work on floors even with visible check off. You get timed out for reporting issues that they claim "it works perfectly fine" cuz they "apparently" checked everything. Their world esp does not refresh sometimes and it gets stuck even if they get destroyed or picked up such as kapkan traps and gu mines. Drones sometimes can be missing, such as twitch drones, kludge drones, echo drone, etc.

They even said their esp does not support and never will support "elite skins", sounds like just lazy work to me, i would hope they fix their bugs n all, but so far lethal's pretty good on detection rates and overall the cheat works pretty fine, if you're lucky.

If you have any build issues, i wish you luck and only create a ticket if the staff are having a good day, if not you'll eventually get timed out trying to get your shit fixed.

when someones build of the game has an issue we always resolve it.
when i fix a build issue i push it and let the user know.

we just require users to provide a detailed explanation of the issue they are having and their log file, which they are told todo very clearly automatically.
sadly many users decide to just open a ticket, provide no info other then "cheat no work", so we close the ticket, since it clearly states what to provide and if you don't provide it your ticket will be closed.

you would of never been banned from the server for "speakng up", your would be banned from the server though if you are rude/abusive to users or staff, or you break the server rules.

build issues are resolved quickly as long as you provide the info required.

when a build issue is resolved we close the ticket, as we get a lot of tickets for numerous things daily and cant just leave every ticket open forever.
i manually test every build that gets sent to make sure everything works, then tell the user what was resolved when i push the update for it. if your friend had an issue with his angle aim after i had already tested and confirmed it working, he must of sent the wrong build to us, which is why its important for people to use the tool we provide to get your current build, since that is the only reason it would not work for him after i had confirmed it working.

you never get timed out for suggestions, you will however get timed out if you spam the same thing over and over again. you simply need to put 1 message in the suggestions channel with your suggestion.

elite skins can be added, if someone has an account with elite skins unlocked i can add a debug option for them to log the model hash in the menu and they can submit them to be added to the world esp filter.

If that's the case for elite skins, but what about the bugs on the world esp? Would you be planning to fix those? A lot of times twitch, kludge and echo drones would just not show or just not work. For me the Echo's drone just doesn't show and I have not seen it on my screen once, while twitch drone and kludge drone sometimes work sometimes doesn't.
Also I didn't say you'll get timed out for suggestions, what I meant was if whatever feature was not fixed for you and even then the staff closes the ticket, if you try to reopen the ticket to try to get your issues fixed you'll get timed out.
Either way I asked my friend and he said currently he's using silent aim ATM, but he is certain that he did not send you the wrong build.

our downtime in normally pretty short, recently there was some stability issues effecting some windows versions so an update took longer then normal which we compensated all users for.

last game update, our lite product continued to work fine for 90% of users after the game update.

and full + lite was fully operational again for all users within a few hours.
