Well it probably look funny/ridiculous form sales side but from end user side its not because you paid for 24h and it should work like that. If not then don`t write such info in price page.
For me for example was like i buy this soft to get some fun time with squad and i don`t care i would be banned or not and i`m not able to play all 24 h constantly, right, so when i came back from work i know i left still 2h to play because there is still time for that and my acc is still alive so why in this case I cant ask a question where that time gone? I can because i pay for that.
But that not the main issue here just a "good communication".
I just kindly asked what happened and showed the info that i still should have it and what i received as answer? "are you high?" "you are fucking idiot!" and instantly get blocked at DC..
