and sorry if this is in the wrong place...
I'm working on a rare pet capture bot and I need some help with auto selecting/targeting of the pet in question.
The idea I had was to use something like the existing bots/macros that already do this but strip it down to just the targeting routine... which I don't know how to do.
Or if I can make a list of the pets to capture and auto target them: ex I want to capture the bunny so I select the bunny from my list and the macro looks for the bunny and targets it when it spawns and I can spam my skill key myself (maybe automate it later).
I'd like to strip it down to just targeting because I'm afraid of accidentally killing the rare pet.
So if someone can either post a source of a targeting routine (I know I know a lot to ask for ^^) -or- point me in the right direction to learn how to do it myself I'd greatly appreciate it. I prefer AutoIt but I can deal with whatever language (other than shut up stupid noob! lol)
AND I have tried searching which has turned up the existing macro/bots (smurfIt, MHS, zPW, ect...) which I'd rather not use because they're way more complicated than what I'm looking for (which is just the auto target)
