In the order note you can find the controls of the menu. but to make it easy for you here are the controls

Arrow keys, ENTER and BACKSPACE. (Use insert to open/close cheat and F9 to unload it)

He is still in the guild, just doesn't have the game anymore.
Or do you mean he has to be Online?
