Gute Tag ;)
Ich habe das Problem bei PayPal das mein Kontozugriff eingeschränkt ist seit dem Juni 2014 . Ich dachte das wenn ich nichts tuhe das es schon irgendwan wieder geht nur irgendwie steht das immer noch da. Ich hab im Internet nach Lösungen geschaut aber irgendwie finde ich nichts wie ich dieses beheben kann .Hat vielleicht jemand eine lösung wie ich mein Konto wieder richtig benutzen kann ?

HI, i have a account in paypal with 80 euro on it. My problem is that i was limited 1 year ago and now i can withdraw the money from my paypal, but only with a credit card from a country where paypal is. I'm from Moldova and we dont have paypal here, so if someone wants i can give my paypal account + email with 80 euro on it so you withdraw them for you for 40 euro on my other paypal acc or 40 euro psc.
With this account you can only withdraw the money, u cant send/buy with the money, only...

Ich habe ein Problem bei Paypal.
Ich bin ja registriert aber muss ich ein Bankkonto oder eine Kreditkarte angeben oder geht das auch anders?
Und was soll ich mit dem Code aus der Email machen???

I have 1 char lvl 24 who has prem+ and 1 char lvl 65 who dont have prem,now i login to joymax and try to buy silk on that lvl 65 char and i cant,i can see all kinds of payments except paypal.Any solution for this?
