The owner called "Sylas" (kharsarod) claims it to be fully packed OpenNos-Emulator which doesnt need further installation. Anyways, the Downloadable (.rar file) is claimed as Virus using 3 Browsers and a Virus Total check on a freshly generated VM. I cannot test any further as i dont have much freetime. False-Positive or not, it's trash anyways.
Please, do NOT download it or use it. The Video also shows that he uses MySQL as DB Engine, which is far more worse than even using SQL Server (even though its not AS bad).
DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT. EVEN THOUGH IT MIGHT WORK, IT WILL PERFORM VERY BAD! Needless to say that you have almost no control over your actions as he wouldnt probably include Source Code. It's like a Rental Car, you can drive it, but not change/repair it on your own.
