Since most game servers have rules/ToS that state "We can terminate your accounts for any reason we see fitting" you can't do anything.
If they think you deserve to be banned, thats their choice.
Theres some unbann services here on EPvPers but i honestly doubt that they'd achieve anything, but wether you trust such services or not is up to you.
