I think there's a mistake in the presentation if you look closely.
Because normally level 65 weapons are upgradeable to 90 weapons

This is my sv boss, how can you give you opinion about something when you never tried?

Problem ist einfach, dass alle metin2 Spieler ein gewisses Nostalgie Gefühl wieder fühlen wollen aber gleichzeitig von den heutigen QoL features zu sehr verwöhnt wurden.
Ist ja auch bei mir so, dass wenn ich zurück denke um Nostalgie zu spüren die schlechten dinge damals ausblende und nur das gute revue passieren lassen möchte was einfach unmöglich ist als Konzept.

How is the lvl progression of this server ? It seems like you will lvl really fast in early and jump through up to 75? If yes then its another avg server which releases for 2 weeks and noone plays.

The experience is well tested and in average you will level in the same way at any level you are, depending on your equipment and your will to level up, its not a server for people who likes fast progress because the concept is a server with medium to hard gameplay, but way more faster (easy) than a official server back then. It's something normal to get a bit slower progress on high level because you have many things to do beside leveling, but overall the experience is pretty good with rates active.
Regarding the longevity of this server you're totally wrong, I know the owner and he's a serious person that guarantees a server lifetime depending on the player base, so not too much to worry about "how long will the server last".
In the end this files of the server has been tested for so long and there are no known bugs. About the gameplay the owner is always open for suggestions and probably the community of the server will decide what will be changed.

Will see how it goes at the opening.
