We don’t see anything wrong with customers expecting a high level of support, even to the extent of being fully ''spoonfed'' from start to finish. That’s not only how we operate, but how we believe any serious and reputable provider should operate, including fostering a helpful community. If someone is paying a significant monthly fee for a live service, it's entirely reasonable for them to expect comprehensive support, regardless of their technical background or willingness to dive into things on their own.
It's surprising how the “learn it yourself” mindset has become so normalized in this scene. In most other industries, this would be considered poor customer service and/or business planning. Businesses that genuinely care about their users go the extra mile to assist them.
On our end, we consistently remind our users that there are no “stupid questions”. If you're a paying customer, you shouldn't have to stress over technicalities, configs or anythign related to the product, regardless if it would be ''Common sense'' or not.
It’s not the customer’s job to uncover every little detail. It's the provider's role to explain, demonstrate, and support. As features and settings get more advanced, so does the complexity of configs. As a good example, that’s exactly why we provide fully ready-to-use, legit configurations, updated with every major cheat patch, so any customer can hop in confidently with zero prior knowledge.
Whether you're using keyboard or controller, we offer full setup support: from automated installation to personalized config adjustments. If a customer can buy the software and open a ticket, that's all they need to do, we handle the rest.
To us, this is just common sense and our ticket numbers shows it. We are dedicated to help each customer. Unfortunately, not every provider shares this mindset, or even has the means to deliver this level of service.

I like this post, I believe the majority of providers could learn something from this.

You have a very detailed Documentation on all Features and anything you would need to know. If you encounter an issue that is not explained or you can not solve on your own, create a ticket and someone will answer you usually within the hour or faster.
The community being reliant on each other for certain things like configs or suggested heros to play is nothing new. Do you want the devs and mods to spoonfeed you that as well? Having an active community with members that are actually open to helping you is a bad thing now? What questions did you have that were not answered in the documentation or you werent able to get an answer from one of the members?
Thanks for elaborating.

Very weird comment to be honest, but just goes to show how Midnight handles community interaction.
Without going into detail, there are certain bugs and issues that I had (or still have) for which I mostly had to rely on the search bar on the server to find out with keywords if other users had issues like this too (they did) and if they managed to solve them, because I got no useful support in the support channel.
Furthermore, a lot of the most important features are currently in a weird spot right now, some of them apparently cause bans, some don't work with many heroes (and there is no official list which heroes work, and which don't), there is no "recommended" settings by the dev which users could use to potentially lower the ban chance, so on and so on...
As I said, many infos I as a User had to gather myself through search bar and interaction with other users because the official links and FAQs werent really helpful. And I cant be the only one because pretty much most of the new users that I see come in on the server come with the same questions that I have.
Have to give credit to MilkyWay, you guys sound pretty damn solid, will probably check you out soon!

Midnight def some detection issues going on there and its disappointing because I just purchased a 30 day (based on this list).
Haven't used it yet because in their discord lots of users are warning against it.

Solid features, all of them working.
However there has been a lot of bans in the recent days, most of them linked to certain features which are still enabled, sub times are frozen but still annoying.
Discord support is very lacking, bad communication between admin/support and the community, community is more or less reliant on other members to resolve problems etc.
All in all solid product but the support around it is not great.

I won't address the support aspect, as MilkyWay did a great job explaining why great customer support is crucial for cheating providers. Instead, I want to focus on the part where you mentioned detected features that remain enabled.
No provider should have features that could get you banned turned on by default. Those should either be fixed or removed completely. Most people who cheat fall into three groups: closet cheaters, first-time cheaters, or rage cheaters.
As a cheat provider, you’d think the goal would be to keep users coming back for more. So it’s kind of odd that they focus on rage cheaters who use lifetime spoofers and don’t care about getting banned by having these risky features enabled automatically. You alienate the other two types of customers by keeping it enabled. I’m not trying to throw shade at Midnight since I haven't used it, but it just seems off to have those options on from the get-go.

Looks like they have free trials, so you might want to give it a shot and see if it works for you. Just keep in mind to be careful since they were detected just three days after launching. But hey, what do I know?

This is false, these features are not enabled automatically. In fact, we have specifically added disclaimers to features targeted often by NetEase.
The spoofer is not just for rage users. This feature is to protect anyone who does get banned for any reason, or to assist users who have received bans from using other cheats.
As for configuration, we have a large suite of community created configurations by players who actively play specific heroes available in our Discord server. We also offer a lengthy documentation page explaining every feature down to the details.
To be completely honest, if you are unwilling to sit down and read the manual for five minutes, you probably won't get far with any cheat. Randomly loading someone else's configuration without having the knowledge to modify it to your liking is not going to get you what you want in the end most of the time. This is why we encourage users to actually learn how to utilize the cheat instead of blindly handing them a configuration.

Thanks for clearing that up. I’m not really sure why some folks think you have features enabled by default. A quick disclaimer would do the trick like you said. Personally, I wouldn’t throw in features in my cheat that could get someone banned, but I get that it’s up to the provider's choice, and customers need to be smart about using them.
You’re right that spoofers are important for everyone, and you won’t get banned just for being on a spoofer. Plus, spoofers help a lot of people who’ve had issues with other providers in the past so thank you for providing that option.
I have to say, I don’t totally agree with the idea that customer support shouldn’t follow typical SaaS practices that ensure accessibility for its users. Seems like many expect customers to figure things out by reading the docs and playing around with the settings. Sure, a lot of providers in the cheating scene do this, but it shouldn’t be the norm. Customers usually want a plug-and-play solution that includes optimal settings from the get-go, whether through a config system (like you have) or a pre-set option so they can hit the ground running. Sure, it can take time and be subjective for providers and customers alike, but customers can still tweak settings to fit their style. That’s one of the cool things about configurations. Customers can take someone else’s settings and change them to make them their own.
At the end of the day, it’s on you as a provider to help your customers understand what each setting does and how to use it to get the play style they’re after, whether it’s legit, semi-legit, or just full-on rage. Being there for troubleshooting and answering questions for newbies (even hand-holding) is super important. Making your software as user-friendly as possible will definitely help boost sales.
I want to add that I'm not claiming to know anything about your platform. I’m not trying to knock your business or push anyone else. I’m just sharing my views on how providers should roll, based on my experience in building big providers in the past. All love here.
You guys seem like you're doing a good job, but please be patient with customers who are new or don't understand much about cheating. If you provide good support and if your product is good enough, they'll be loyal customers.
